NORWAY — The Mustang football team traveled to Norway tonight for their season opener and, despite a loss, played an impressive game. The Mustangs first possession led to a 55 yard touchdown pass, marking their first score of the season. But, the Norway Knights proceeded to put together several impressive drives afterwords leading to 29 unanswered points. However, the Mustangs showed no signs of defeat, as they did very well putting the ball in the air throughout the night, and scored an additional two more touchdowns. And despite three injuries to an already small team, played a very impressive game against a team that went to the playoffs last year. The final score was 43-19.
